| Shipping & Returns
All orders are subject to acceptance by ForTheTrades, with such acceptance conditional upon
customer acceptance of the ForTheTrades ‘Standard Terms & Conditions’. Orders are usually
processed within 2-3 days and are then ready to be shipped.
We normally ship via best way. Free shipping for regularly priced stock products is available when amount limits are reached dependant on the current shipping promotion. We do ship COD, but please note there is an additional COD handling charge
($7.00).
Returns:
Errors are rare, but we gladly accept returns that are necessary due to our error. ForTheTrades must be notified within two (2) weekdays of receipt of goods. All returns must be Pre-Approved and given a Return Merchanidse Authorization (RMA) Number prior to shipping.

Due to Government regulations (NHPD) we require that a RMA request form be completed by
you, prior to issuing an RMA number. Once we receive a completed RMA request form, a member
of our customer service team will contact you with your RMA number and shipping instructions.
Product returned without a valid RMA number will be refused and will not be credited. No returns will be accepted
later than ten (30) calendar days after delivery.
All returns (for any reason) must be accompanied by a written explanation for the return. Freight
charges for returns not caused by our error are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. All returns
due to our error must be sent according to instructions provided with your RMA number, as it is the only metheod we will accept for credit.
Damages In Transit:
Damages must be reported to ForTheTrades immediately upon receipt. Original packages and
packing material must be kept for inspection by a representative of the courier so that a damage
claim can be filed. If damages are not reported immediately, or the original packaging cannot be inspected, no credit can be issued. |
